Susan Fernandez
A long time Tampa resident, Susan founded ST Title over 20 years ago. For over two decades, Susan has overseen all aspects of our closings, including arranging all details before, during and after the transaction. Susan has worked hard to make sure all the details are addressed before buyers and sellers are ready to sign. She is a recent breast cancer survivor who has always worked hard to help ensure that each closing a positive event for everyone.
